Awesome breakfast with great value!

The location was perfect for our family visit with the dog, just a short walk to York parkrun! The room was super clean, and breakfast had plenty of great options. The local pub, Fox and Roman, was also a good find for a meal.

In my wife's opinion, it would be great if the bathroom could be upgraded for better privacy with a functional door.

The stableside is right next door to york racecourse, a huge plus for me. The staff were really friendly and helpful, and the bed in the basic twin room was quite comfy. It's a great spot for solo travelers.

The location next to the racecourse was perfect for my visit. The friendly staff, and the breakfast was a real treat with a great variety of options. I found that the noise from other guests and outside disturbances made it hard to get a good night's sleep.
